A couple of weeks ago and a couple of days ago, two similar press releases have been published in our daily newspapers, they were explaining the circumstances that caused the internet problem in Jordan and why it became very slow lately.
The press release two weeks ago said that the constructions of Amman Municipality cut a cable for Orange in southern Amman by mistake, and the other one by the coincidence said that another two cables at two different areas have been cut by the Municipality constructions. That it’s a real underestimation for our ability to think before we believe such stories.
Orange Customer Service Center lines are always busy and they are not getting anyone’s call, and if they answered it won’t help at all because they are not giving a reason for what’s going on and they are hiding something from their customers who are really pissed of.
It became very obvious for me and for many other people that those stories and what’s happening at the service center are a weird way to hide something that neither Orange nor the government, who published the press releases, want us to know. No doubts at all that there is something bigger than such stories is going on about the Internet connection in Jordan and we are being disconnected. Only God and some other people know the real reasons behind that problem.
