		<description>I&#039;m really impressed to see the adoption of twitter in collecting customer&#039;s prompt feedback and achieving more satisfaction.

Hopefully this culture will propagate also to smaller scale companies in Jordan -smaller than Orange and Aramex- as more potential customers in their target markets are venting their frustration on twitter! :)</description>
