Things I have learned as a “little” business owner!

It has been seven months now since I co-founded my first venture Ideation Box on June 2009, before going through the launch of Nakhweh.com, passing by the Ideation Labs and finally the process of establishing a new Multimedia and Animation House, Sketchat Creations! Well, that sounds too much for a 25 years guy with only 2 years of experience, but it doesn’t sound too much for me at all as I always act before I plan (which doesn’t sound good for a lot of people).

They are sharing their bra colors on Facebook… repulsive!

The Jordanian and Arab girls reached a very shameless limit in ignoring all traditions and islamic values by sharing their bra colors on Facebook in front of all their friends (including men)! I was wondering all the time why those colors are posted on the girls’ status on Facebook until I found something on Google that explained it.

Example 2

Putting the values and the traditions aside, the madness of those girls made them believe that this is a breast cancer awareness campaign as it’s promoted globally. I can’t see anything in such a campaign more than the abnormal stupidness and the ultimate violation of our community and honour (as usual)!

These keywords bring the traffic to this blog!

Couple of months ago, I posted on this blog a short overview about a T.V show on OTV Lebanon that’s called LOL, since that time until now and I’m getting a huge number of hits from the search engines.

Google Analytics showed within the first 33 results the following keywords that generate the traffic for Kermit the Blog:

Trying to google the first keyword above I got the following results and they explain everything:

My most influential people for 2009

The year of 2009 held a lot of surprises for me, I can also consider it an extraordinary year of action that made a huge difference in the whole track of my life. Working with Boundless the sister web development company of Akhtaboot and Jawaker, moving to work on the co-finding of my startup venture Ideation Box, popping Nakhweh.com and finally kicking off Ideation Box Labs a couple of days ago. All of that moves I have done were absolutely guided or influenced by my family and friends.

An Israeli Soldier fighting a little PALESTINIAN KID!

I shared this image on twitter asking people if there is a way to describe it, I was literally shocked after seeing it:

What's in his mind?

What's in his mind?

I only have one single question, what were his thoughts at that moment?! Would that kid be of any threat??!!

Majd Shweikeh (Orange Mobile CEO) is helping us on Twitter!

Few days ago I shared on this blog a story that happened between Aramex CEO (Fadi Ghandour) and one of my twitter friends while he was following up with her on Twitter about an issue that she was facing with Aramex. That was a good example of how Twitter became a new platform for customer service by getting in touch with the higher management of the corporates.

Few hours ago, apparently it was my turn to get into the same experience with Majd Shweikeh (@majd_shweikeh), Orange Mobile CEO, who apparently loves twitter and loves getting the feedback on her company’s performance from the tweeps around. I always see tweets coming in front of me between her and my friend Firas (@steitityeh).

Aramex CEO takes care of his customers on Twitter

Are you on Twitter? Are you aware that Aramex as a corporate has its own presence there with, at least, the two accounts I’m following (@Aramex & @ShopnShip)? But what you might not know is that Aramex Founder & CEO, Fadi Ghandour (@fadig), is taking care of his customers on Twitter and following up with them on their issues.

Yesterday’s morning it was when I logged into Twitter from my iPhone to find one of the tweeps I’m following (@Zahia_) complaining about a problem she’s facing with Aramex people in USA:

LOL! The Mean Humor show on OTV Lebanon

It has been a very very long time since I watched the TV, but today as I’m staying at home because of the flu I was next to the TV when a show that’s called LOL, on the Lebanese OTV channel that’s owned by Michel Aoun, started.

Few minutes later I figured out that the show is all about guests saying jokes all the time, it sounded funny as it started but at a later stage it sounded so funny and mean at the same time! Actually for me nothing would be strange if it comes from the Lebanese but that show is strange in a way that literally has no limits.
