Few days ago I was in Lebanon; I used to see promotions in the streets for the latest releases of the artists. This time it was Elissa’s turn, the ads for her new album “Ayami Beek” were in every single street.

Two days before I left; Rotana started to publish a new promotion (you can see it in the picture). Maybe it’s ambiguous for some people. But it is obvious for anyone who knew that Nawal Al-Zoghbi signed with Rotana. “Sawa Men Jdid” became like a slogan for the new contract between Rotana and Nawal; diffidently it’s not the first time Nawal signs with Rotana but this time it seems to be different.

Rotana started a marketing campaign for Nawal’s new album that is going to be released on the 23rd of this month. I think that they want to over welcome their new-old super star after lot of back and forth before signing the contract, as she refused to sign with them before because of the exclusivity provision.

Nawal chose the name of the album depending on the best name not the best song. Its title is “Khalas Same7t”. Yesterday the hit of the album which is a Lebanese song started to be aired on the Lebanese radio stations. “Albi S2alo” is the name of the song that my judgment about it can’t be taken into consideration as I’m a fan of both, Nawal and the Lebanese songs.
